We were excited to be given the task of designing a brand new Post 16 prospectus for Shoeburyness High School. The brief was that it needed to appeal to potential students and showcase the school and the diverse range of subjects on offer in an informative way. We delivered all photography and chose an uncoated stock for the printing, which gave a really nice finish. We were really pleased with the final result and received really great feedback from the school which always makes us happy. We are frequently invited back to the school to carry out further photography and to capture major events.
We are extremely fortunate to have worked closely with Thorpe Hall School for some time, and have delivered a vast amount of material such as photography, prospectus, exterior signage, and interior projects.
Most recently we delivered a content managed site that is responsive, working smoothly across mobiles and tablets. We’re always keen to keep our existing client’s sites up to date in terms of technology and also design. The previous Thorpe Hall school website had been live for three years when it was due for a refresh to keep it looking modern, using the latest web trends. The new site incorporates an extensive source of images which enables parents to navigate through a password-protected gallery, and also a fascinating archive gallery.

Westwood first made contact with us when they achieved Academy status and briefed us with a whole package to include new logo and branding, photography, prospectus and website. It was important to incorporate the tree element into the logo, we presented various ideas and colourways and it wasn’t long before an option was chosen and finalised.
When it came to photography, the use of the outdoor classroom gave the ideal opportunity to showcase the children flourishing in a natural setting, and offers a real sense of the calm environment that parents can expect for their children attending Westwood Academy. The photography and branding was applied to a new website and prospectus design, which included a pocket to enable frequently changing information to be included to keep the main prospectus current for longer.
Cambridge business, Mick George approached us to design some promotional material for their ‘Safer Roads’ campaign. We designed the booklet filled with useful road safety tips and advice for school children. Information on blind spots and the turning points on large vehicles were given an engaging and graphical look and featured quiz questions and games. Among other items, we also designed ‘Mick’s Activity Pack’, which was packed full of fun games and activities, a great way to interact with the school children in a fun way, whilst promoting their key message of road safety.
